Black Bear Radio is a veteran-owned business located in Bellbrook Ohio.  We service Computer Automated Dispatch and Automatic Vehicle Location systems.

Rob Rogers is the owner and founder of Black Bear Radio.  Rob began his career in the Air Force in 1979 as an Avionics Communications Specialist.  In 1983 he joined a private sector organization.  He worked for 18 years in two-way communications, servicing public safety, police, and fire organizations.

Rob started Black Bear Radio in 2002.  The organization has continued to thrive in Southwest Ohio, providing service to major transportation systems in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Ohio.

Neil Rogers is Black Bear’s Lead Field Service Technician.  Neil has supervised and performed installations in Cincinnati, OH, Columbus, OH,  Dayton, OH, Atlanta, GA, Pittsburgh, PA, and Detroit, MI.
